Brand Ambassador Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador to be a part of our branding team. In this role, you will be responsible for community outreach and bud tender education. You will also be responsible for building all the Instagram accounts and accumulating followers.
To ensure success as a Brand Ambassador, you should have an in-depth knowledge of Cannabis, excellent communication skills, and a passion for socializing. Ultimately, a top-class Brand Ambassador should be able to maintain healthy relationships and a flourishing Instagram.
Responsibilities
- Create loads of compelling content about our products/services for social media platforms and forums
- Be able to work with media editing software
- Be willing to travel across the state and be out on the road.
- Create, share, and respond to online reviews.
- Network and build trusting relationships with buyers, bud tenders and customers
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform and empower bud tenders with knowledge so they will want to sell our products
- Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, Live it, love it, breath it.
- Monitor online comments and respond appropriately.
- Organize and spearhead marketing events
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests
- Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities
- Post many shots of your interactions with Budtenders.
- Be self-motivated and ready to own the position.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, bud tender, promoter, or similar role
- Strong social media presence.
- Experience creating online content
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Experience in retail sales.

The Nursery Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of efficient processes throughout the farm. They must ensure that all processes and procedures meet and or exceed all regulatory requirements and that they are conducted in a safe and effective manner. Working knowledge of growing crops and Integrated Pest Management best practices. Work with crews, growers, and management on all aspects of crop management.
Responsibilities include hands on oversight of irrigation, fertigation and general plant maintenance as well as tissue cultures, germination, breeding, and cloning. Scheduling crop production and finish dates. Scouting for insect, disease, and application of PGR’s. Budgeting, Record keeping and developing SOP’s to ensure production of a quality crops. Solid computer skills in Excel, Word, environmental control, Kraken, and other grower technology. Ability to understand soil and tissue tests and make recommendation to improve plant health.
Maintain records of seeding accuracy and units per man hour, and complete reports accurately and timely. Know what to do when accuracy or efficiency starts to go below-set standards.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 2 year degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Entomology or related field preferred and/or 2 years experience directly in the cannabis growing industry (Not Sales).

Nursery Assistant
Position Overview
You will be responsible for any tasks the Nursery Manager may designate on site. Duties include working across all areas of plant cultivation including cloning, transplanting, feeding, defoliating, and inventory management for all plants in the facility.
Assist with various crop care, including: Performs all the tasks in the grow cycle, including; transplanting, feeding, cloning, propagation, cropping
Assist with inventory management.
Mix and amend soil or prepping mediums
Assist with the mixing of nutrients
Perform checks for water and nutrient line breaks, dripper failure and or bug, pest, pathogen and disease related problems
Pot any medium as directed
Conduct daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease or other undesired conditions
Able to take direction and work well with others
Conduct inspections and/or replacement of light bulbs and other equipment
Take clones from mother plants and ready them for starting new plants
Check clones for humidity, temperature, and water
Maintain healthy mother plants so that clones can be developed for future crops
Move plants into appropriate areas to ensure proper air movement and light availability based on the development of the plant
Water plants to the prescribed amount to ensure proper nutrient uptake
Repot juvenile plants into larger pots
Prune plants in vegetative and flowering stages
Maintain work areas at a high level of cleanliness and hygiene; clean and sanitize all cultivation equipment daily, weekly, monthly, and as determined by the Nursery Manager
Harvesting
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, pots, trays, medium etc...
Keep work areas cleaned and organized
Additional duties, as required and assigned by management: Help on other areas of the farm when the nursery is slow
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be willing to submit to a background check
Previous experience in the cannabis industry preferred
Organized and clean
Ability to accept and follow directions
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
Ability to meet physical demands including reaching, climbing, bending, walking, standing and performing repetitive work
Comfortable working in conditions that include: height, heat, high intensity lighting, and inclement weather
Capable of working in fast paced environments
Ability to work occasional weekends and Holidays
