Head of Sales (Full-Time)
We are seeking a smart, passionate individual with prior experience in building a high-performing sales
organization in Cannabis Software space. Our customers in this division are Growers, Distillers, Labs,
Manufacturers, and Dispensaries located around the continental United States. S/he will thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment where the “answer” is not yet known; is comfortable with ambiguity and
with speaking his/her mind; and has the demonstrated ability to build a sales team from scratch.

- Directly responsible for building a sales team from scratch.
- Be part of the senior executive team to help refine the go-to-market strategy.
- Building the sales processes and infrastructure to support the rapid growth.
- Lead the marketing team till the head of marketing is hired.
- Maintain strong, developed relationships with customer's C-Level executives.
- Be the voice of our customer and be their champion internally.
- Act as the company’s main spokesperson on the various industry forums.
- Responsible for creating sales and marketing plan, and identifying the market fit/segment.
- Develop strategies and manage sales programs that drive demand for our products.

- Must possess strong Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with the ability to

- Must have at least 10+ years of experience in Product and Solutions Marketing and Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in Cannabis related Software sales, including leading a team of
software sales in Cannabis
- Must have general Knowledge of ERP/Cloud products and market.
