Maintenance Technician
Job Duties Summary:
The right candidate is detailed oriented, a self-starter, able to follow detailed instruction from their Manager. This candidate will work well in a team environment as well as alone. This candidate will work well under pressure as well as meet deadlines. Agri-Genesis LLC has an immediate opening for a well skilled maintenance technician. This candidate is very knowledgeable in the fields of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, minor construction, and mechanical. This candidate also knows how to keep a facility sanitized correctly. This candidate is safe with various chemicals and cleaning agents, IE. Alcohol, Bleach ETC. This candidate is familiar with cleaning and maintaining HVAC units IE. Cleaning coils, replacing belts, replacing fan motors, locating shorts ETC.
Requirements:
Essential qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail;
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Must be able to perform physical requirements necessary to the position, including standing for long periods of time, walking the greenhouse, and lifting of 50 pounds;
- Must have a very strong and reliable work ethic;
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the cultivation facility;
- Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check.
- 1-year previous experience in facility maintenance a must. RCF is searching for a candidate fluent in electrical, plumbing, minor construction and mechanical. HVAC knowledge a plus.

Labeling & Packaging Assistant
The Labeling & Packaging Assistant is responsible for labeling and packaging trimmed buds and marijuana infused products under the immediate supervision of the Labeling and Packaging Manager, who reports to the Inventory Control Manager. They also assist in the cultivation area, as needed under the supervision of the Master Grower.
This is an entry-level position, which pays $13.00-15.00 per hour.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Be precise and pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and product information;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating product;
- Operate under the high standards our company has for compliance and professionalism;
- Organize inventory, as needed;
- Assist in product delivery, as required by the Dispensary Manager and Inventory Control Manager;
- Perform other duties as business needs require, at the direction of management.

The Opportunity
Agri-Genesis is looking for a highly motivated, professional sales representative with a strong network in Missouri.
Job Description
The Sales Representative role will be responsible for outside sales, and serve as the primary contact for all Agri-Genesis wholesale products from their Cultivation and Manufacturing businesses.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following;
- Daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, operating procedures, and work schedule
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with Dispensaries and purchasing managers through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
- Comply with all product and cash handling policies and procedures
- Accurate and timely data entry of sales info and/or customer profiles.
- Knowledgeable of medical cannabis products and retail environments
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators as specified by Agri-Genesis
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in LeafLink / LeafLogix preferred but not required. Proficiency in MS Excel required.
Qualifications:
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Able to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to sit / drive for long periods of time, bend and lift over 50 lbs. comfortably
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
- Knowledgeable of the Medical Marijuana industry and medical marijuana products
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Computer and technology skills required
