Elixinol is seeking sales hunters in charge of all sales activities for Retail customers for several regions of the United State! This position will be responsible for achieving defined top-line sales and managing promotional spending within annual budgets. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Manage development and execution of the territory's sales objectives
- Identify and build a pipeline of potential new customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline, and then close these opportunities
- Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume/share
- Monitor competition by gathering current information on pricing and products
- Responsible for accurate forecasting
- Develop customer growth strategies that align to the company's strategic goals
- Develops deep understanding of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
- Understands the competitive landscape and Elixinol's unique value proposition
- Work with accounts to ensure that all visual guidelines are held. Negotiating for better space and location whenever possible
- Develop and maintain business relationships within the region – to include customers and internal cross functional team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in sales experience with CPG, Wellness, Beauty and/or Supplements
- Experience in start-ups, launching new and challenging brands required
- Experience selling CBD and related products preferred
- Demonstrated success in both managing existing relationships and developing new partnerships with Retail customers within an assigned territory
- Proficiency in business planning and all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account management and development
- Demonstrated success sales goal attainment within a defined territory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

- Microsoft Office 365 expertise; Dynamics Business Central experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Primary Location: Westminster, CO
Travel: Up to 50%; primarily within assigned territory – Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 base (DOE) + commission
