Cannabis Trimmer Grow Help Jobs

We are looking to hire the best cannabis trimmers in the area. Only experienced, fast, and dependable people need apply. You will also be working in the grow, helping our team as needed, when not trimming.

You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a somewhat regular basis.

You must be able to demonstrate a true passion for Medical Marijuana and be a real team player.

GLC is a growing leader in the industry and this is a long term opportunity for the right individuals.

You cannot be a current marijuana caregiver, if you get hired. Growing experience is not required. We are looking for hard working individuals looking to learn the industry and help a company grow.

• Commercial trimming experience a plus!

Responsibilities - Cannabis Trimmer

• Hand Trimming, Cleaning, Bucking, De-fanning, Cleaning
• Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficient processing of marijuana flower.
• Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
• Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis being trimmed, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality

Responsibilities - Grow Helper

• Harvest cuttings, toppings, pruning, transplanting.

• Scout weekly for plant pests and diseases and take corrective action.
• Apply preventive pesticides and fungicides in a manner compliant with OSHA and Federal WPS standards.
• Monitor environment.
• Nutrient management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of growing data and prepare and present regular progress reports.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory records.
