Job Summary
Thrive Society, the new standard in licensed distribution and manufacturing, is now searching for individuals to expand our team. We are seeking positive and talented individuals with a professional demeanor, and knowledge of cannabis flower quality control, packaging, processing, and filling of cannabis products. We’re currently seeking compassionate, friendly and energetic professionals to join our team. We expect exceptional team player skills and a strong background in organization and detail, communication, and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for receiving product from the inventory manager, and implementing the scheduled duties of quality control, weighing, packaging, labeling and filling of inventory and products for orders. You will be responsible for keeping our location in an organized sanitary fashion and ensuring the production floor is in motion at all times, and inventory is stocked and ready for retailers’ orders and transporters throughout the day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep your work area sterile and safe
- Counting inventory, unpack, receive, quality control, repackage, weights and measures, labeling, organizing and grading/sorting flower, packaging for exporting orders.. Accuracy and efficiency is key.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Compliance of all associated Protocols
- Compliance and Osha standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent knowledge of cannabis and cannabis quality of sorting and grading
- Must be adaptable and flexible with roles and duties needed on any particular day
- Highly organized
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Self-starter
- Must be willing to work fast-paced, and overtime in some cases, to prepare for orders
