Cannabis Bucker Needed Noble Farms Part Time Jobs

Noble Farms is an indoor cannabis producer/processor in Tacoma, WA. We are looking for 2 part time experienced, fast and efficient buckers to join our team! Our crew is fun and hard-working and we need your experience and help because our yields are recently significantly increasing!

We buck one room every two weeks, and two rooms every third week. Each room typically has 190 to 225 plants that have been hang dried. Increasing yields with more and bigger buds requires two more experienced buckers. We grow, harvest and buck 12+ strains a month.

Responsibilities

*You will be bucking hang dried cannabis plants one to two days a week, typically Wednesdays and some Thursdays. *Speed with attention to detail to maintain the quality and structure of the bud is required. *You are expected to follow the direction of the Team Lead.

Qualifications

*Must be at least 21 years old. *Bucking experience for a commercial cannabis grow operation is a requirement. *Fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. *Reliable transportation.
