The ideal candidate will not only be an HR wizard but will also encompass our Core Values: Passion (for our work, businesses, and community), Lifelong Learning (we never say, “it was good enough” - we believe in updating our skillsets and finding better ways), Respect (for each other, our clients, our community), Drive Entrepreneurism (we are entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs), Trust (we are honest, ethical, and fair – we adhere to our word), Fun (HR is NEVER boring! - We believe in bringing kookiness, fun, and boldness to our day), Creativity (there may be some glitter!) and Be Coachable (we recognize there is always more to learn – we listen to each other, clients, and experts and apply new knowledge, without ego).
