Full Job Description

Do you love exceeding the expectations of your customers? Do you have a genuine interest in listening in an effort to identify the most suitable products to address their needs? Are you able to speak intelligently about various flower strains, hashes, waxes etc.?

We are a vertically integrated cannabis company with four dispensaries and a state of the art indoor cultivation facility that is home to the award winning Triple Seven and Classix flower brands.

We are seeking experienced Budtenders to accomodate our continual growth and have positions available at our Studio City and NoHo locations. If you meet the following qualifications, we would love to speak to you!

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong knoweledge of cannabis and cannabis infused products
• Highly customer-service oriented
• Capable of accurately ringing in all customer transactions with 100% accuracy and compliance
• Accurate and timely data entry of customer profiles
• Complete all daily duties checklists with a smile
• One year of cash handling experience, preferred
• Able to use POS system
• Punctual, meticulous, reliable
• Understanding of laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry
• Compassion for patients and guests
• Calm and level-headed
• Fun attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• A team player mentality with scheduling flexibility
• Ability to work in a fast paced, heavily regulated environment
