The Opportunity
Our Aspen location is looking for motivated and sales driven Budtenders to join the team! Future team members will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to provide a top notch customer experience for our patients. Customer Service professionals and experienced Budtenders are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, while adhering to all NR/MED compliance policies
- Actively listen to patients and assist in determining the best product for their wellness needs
- Educate patients on the medicinal properties of cannabis and confidently speak on topics such as safe consumption, terpene/cannabinoid profiles, etc.
- Actively learn about entire suite of NR/third-party products and how they benefit our patients
- Assist in the intake of deliveries, transfers and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness of work space by performing tasks such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting and organizing displays
- Conduct transactions with total accuracy in regards to cash handling and compliance
- Any and all other duties assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older and have the ability to obtain MED badge
- Outgoing and customer focused
- Effectively and enthusiastically communicates with patients in consultative manner
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Reliable transportation
- Regular attendance at scheduled hours is expected and considered an essential function necessary for the efficient operation of business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail/cannabis sales experience
- Metrc or Flowhub knowledge

Physical Requirements
