Job Summary:
The Budtender is essentially a retail salesperson who will assist customers with purchasing merchandise.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Budtender include providing 1:1 consultations with customers, education with detailed product knowledge to advocate and advise customers face-to-face and by phone. The Budtender will also be able to handle all sales associate duties as it relates to cash handling with the POS system and ensuring compliance with inventory. A TLC Budtender must possess a passion for the cannabis plant and have a detailed understanding of terpenes, trichomes, strains, methods of consumption and the science of the Endocannabinoid System. The Budtender will assist other sales associates as a team player fielding questions and providing resources and knowledge for the collective success of the TLC retail dispensary operation.

Education

Required Knowledge - Computer & equipment operations necessary for completing sales transaction with a POS system;Flowhub knowledge is a plus.
