JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced, data and strategy-driven Account Manager with a proven record of success in fostering business to business relationships to achieve both quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives, has a passion for flawless execution, is hands-on, and interested in being part of a team building a best-in-class cannabis operation to support our flagship operations in Colorado which serve as the model for our expansion states.
The Account Manager for Denver/Northern Colorado will be responsible for sales and distribution of our product portfolio and the execution of marketing initiatives within the assigned geographic territory. You will report to the Sales Manager, work closely with your peers on the team and in other departments, and develop and execute the strategy for your assignment. Your time will be spent cultivating lasting partnerships with KeyDecision Makers and influencers at dispensaries and industry events to achieve our commercial objectives, strategic goals, and grow brand love for our products with customers and Adult Cannabis Consumers.
YOU WILL...
Maintain current business and maximize portfolio distribution within current retail universe
Identify and develop new business relationships from multiple sources including inbound leads, prospect lists, discovery, and independent research
Grow sales revenue in the assigned territory
Execute against and achieve product distribution goals on existing product lines and on new product launches
Call and email assigned leads to set up in-store appointments and meetings to achieve all strategic goals
Work collaboratively with Brand Ambassadors, Fulfillment, and Accounts Receivable departments to achieve company’s commercial objectives
Launch and execute marketing promotions
Track, analyze, and report progress against goals to supervisor regularly Gather market intelligence in the field and recap for management
Work with Key Decision Makers at the dispensary/chain level to educate staffs on our products and build brand loyalty among industry influencers and consumers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty
Regularly attend industry events where a company presence is required to further develop our commercial relationships
Participate in relevant community and educational events to promote our company brands and products
Cultivate knowledge of the constantly changing industry laws and regulations to always maintain the highest level of regulatory compliance
Conduct business ethically

3+ years of account management, business development, or sales experience; preferably in a heavily regulated industry such as food, pharma, alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis. Cannabis experience inColorado is highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant sales and account management experience
Ability to think strategically and effectively communicate across job levels, coupled with top-notch organizational skills and an attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to effectively self-motivate, develop strategic plans to achieve larger commercial objectives and manage 100+ customers across a diverse geographical assignment

LOCATION:
