About the Role
We are looking for individuals to help manage our large-scale grow operation. The team utilizes well established systems to cultivate plants from seed to harvest with the help of technology and guidance from the Director of Cultivation.
Responsibility for all aspects of management includes the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of cannabis cultivation, including, but not limited to; irrigation, pest management, pruning, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, curing and sanitation under the supervision of the Director of Cultivation. Must follow the details of daily operations along with more complex, systems-based protocols that demand strict adherence to regulations.
Vegetative Lead Details
- The ideal Veg Lead has great people management skills and experience with automated systems.
- This person will be responsible for overseeing the vegetative growth process and adjusting workflow and procedures in order to increase yields, efficiency and overall performance.
- The Veg Lead will lead and manage employees, ensuring that production needs are met, things are in full compliance with all state and local regulations, and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Support propagation lead with the Moms, Clones, and Veg rooms - manage all tasks related to the vegetative growth process.
- Support propagation lead with maintenance of healthy mother plants that will deliver desired amount of clones for flower rooms.
- Support propagation lead to ensure clones are cut, labeled, and attended to appropriately.
