Responsibilities
- The Metrc Tech Lead will work with all managers in the Harvest departments to ensure that tagging, logging, and tracking of plants, plant tissue, seed stock and harvested cannabis are done in accordance with standards and regulations governing the legal cannabis industry
- This includes general organization, safety, and cleanliness
- The Metrc Lead will work with the Inventory/Compliance department to assist all plant tagging and inventory cycle counts

- Conduct inventory cycle counts in a cultivation, processing, manufacturing, and/or distribution setting

- Assist in the data collection and logging of all movement of cannabis seed, plants and processed material
- Assist with general upkeep of all materials related to Metrc
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers, as well as specialized equipment such as RFID readers and label printers
- Employees will be exposed to fresh cannabis plants, and cannabis plant material
- They will also be subject to loud noise from fans, pumps, and motors
- Work conditions may include hot or cold temperatures, as well as wet working conditions

Cultivation Assistant Details
Manages computerized climate control systems to ensure that crops benefit from optimal environmental conditions.- Regulates plant nutrition and fertilizer to ensure that unique nutritional needs are met for each plant variety over the course of changing seasons and periods of plant growth.
- Performs testing and chemical analysis to determine appropriate nutritional regimen for each plant variety.
- Monitors the integrative pest management program including recommending and implementing all pest and disease treatments as necessary.
- Monitors all plant needs in the facility including irrigation, fertilizer, nutrients, insect and disease management, and crop timing and communicates issues with the Director of Cultivation.

About the Role
We are looking for individuals to help manage our large-scale cultivation operation. The team utilizes well established systems to cultivate plants from seed to harvest with the help of technology and guidance from the Director of Cultivation.
The post harvest team is responsible for cutting down, drying, bucking, trimming, curing, and packaging the plants as requested. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace and for following all departmental and compliance protocols. Additionally, the Harvest Technician I maintains the policies and procedures of the company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and assist in the harvest and post-harvest plant processing of cannabis- Fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, trimming, break down, curing, weighing, recording, packaging, and inspection of product, in addition to cleaning and sanitation
- Clean grow room for next harvest, as requested
- Clean and maintains tools and equipment
- Operate a trimming and sorting machines
- Take instructions and assist on tasks as delegated by Post Harvest Lead and cultivation leadership team
- Must be aware of strains they are harvesting and must stay organized to ensure no product is mislabeled or misplaced
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and company SOPs
- Work in a quick and efficient manner

Vegetative Lead Details
- The ideal Veg Lead has great people management skills and experience with automated systems.
- This person will be responsible for overseeing the vegetative growth process and adjusting workflow and procedures in order to increase yields, efficiency and overall performance.
- The Veg Lead will lead and manage employees, ensuring that production needs are met, things are in full compliance with all state and local regulations, and any procedural problems are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Support propagation lead with the Moms, Clones, and Veg rooms - manage all tasks related to the vegetative growth process.
- Support propagation lead with maintenance of healthy mother plants that will deliver desired amount of clones for flower rooms.
- Support propagation lead to ensure clones are cut, labeled, and attended to appropriately.
- Support propagation lead with plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.
- Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process.
- Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.
- Ensure plants are receiving proper illumination, irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.
- Schedule harvest of plants based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.
- Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Develop and update SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes, enforcing strict adherence throughout the facility.
- Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest.
- Facilitate and oversee inspections using inventory and compliance audits.
- Conduct investigations when necessary - if inventory does not match production and transfer records.
- Monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment and work with Procurement to order supplies.
- Prepare reports summarizing harvest yields and conditions.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Oversee tracking compliance in METRC.
- Stay current with the latest grow solutions and technology.
- Provide job responsibility, HR management and task management for direct reports.
