Troutman Pepper’s Richmond office is seeking a junior-level associate with regulatory and government investigations experience for its national tobacco, alcohol and cannabis practices. The ideal candidate will have one to four years of regulatory experience, including regulatory and investigations work with state and federal agencies. The position will focus on our Tobacco practice that counsels tobacco manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and suppliers in critical areas of their businesses, including developing business strategies and maneuvering through complex federal, state and local regulatory matters. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excel at legal writing and oral communication. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
