7Hands, a direct-to-consumer provider of scientifically-validated natural wellness solutions, is seeking an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to be part of the founding team (equity upside) in a high-growth startup with multi-exit founders. We are seeking an expert who can build the image of our tech/media/wellness startup and our founding executive team. You will do the planning, coaching, and execution (from concept to production to publishing/distribution). You will be planting and watering the seeds that position the executives for long-term industry thought leadership.

WHAT WE’RE CREATINGWe are developing a number of strategic assets, companies, digital properties and content in partnership with top global thought-leaders and influencers in the areas of: functional medicine, scientifically-validated natural medicine, root cause analysis, telemedicine, IoT device-based health trends (biometrics, fitness tracking, sleep tracking), at home diagnostics (DNA, bio-markers), personalized medicine, and ancient medical systems of the planet: traditional chinese, ayurveda, and amazonian medicine. We are working with some of the strongest brands (physical goods, digital goods and broader solutions), as well as promising cutting edge brands/solutions that are in the early stages of their product lifecycles.

Plus take advantage of on-brand responsive opportunities and on the fly inspirationsManage social posting - Social media is key to a successful personal brand. Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, etc. Help us with posting relevant content while keeping a consistent tonePersonal Brand Documents - profiles, simple one-page sites, biosReputation Management - A thorough analysis and deep understanding of the personal digital footprint, as well as areas of improvementOptimization Minded - Comprehensive and unique personal branding is needed with strategic and tactical recommendations to push the envelopeSocial Media Foundational Framework - A social media communication cadence, content guidance and success measurement framework. Ongoing brand management, coaching, and consultingPersonal Website - Creating or updating the executives’ personal website & other personal collateralStandardization - Making executive social media consistent across all platforms in tone, feel, & message, keeping with the vibeReputation Management - Manage our personal reputation online through articles, blogs and webcastsExpansive Pitching - Developing pitches and one sheets for media, conference producers, & influencers. Pitching the executive brand to reporters who cover the space related to the industry. Placing the executive on podcasts, webcasts, and TVLiterary Outreach - Writing book proposals & blog proposals to secure book deals, blogs, & articlesWriting Content Creator - Ghost writing, editing, and promoting e-Books on the desired subject areaEditorial Calendar Creation - Creation of editorial calendars of output based on keyword researchMedia Outreach - Understand the brand’s positioning goals before strategizing a list of publications that reach target audiences. REPORTING STRUCTUREWe’re a relatively flat organization that fosters naturally arising leadership. We also use circular management, where stakeholders show up together to support the project lead.You’ll report to: Co-founderYou’ll manage: In-house and executive relations to public perception as well as their personal brandSeniority & title: You can be a manager, director, VP or C-level depending on your experience. You must be ready, willing and able to be hands-on with implementation, and be capable of coming up with solutions that fulfill the need in terms of gaining an organic following for the executiveLocation: You will work remotely for the foreseeable future. Most of us are in Santa Monica, CA / West LA.Timezone: You should be willing and able to work in the Pacific Time Zone, with occasional off-hours work required for other timezones.
