Job Summary:
Our security division is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our rapidly growing clientele. We have a pipeline of new annual contracts for upcoming services that need to be staffed by top-notch security guards. Our Recruiter must have a natural ability to attract the best talent in our industry, quickly and effectively. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. If you're sharp, professional and sales-oriented, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Successfully recruit a high volume of qualified and exemplary security staff to fulfill upcoming contracts
Review and analyze resumes using software program
Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
Interview potential candidates using industry-standard techniques
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
Be the liaison to our HR comprehensive services with ADP
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years' recruiting experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience and success in recruiting
Effective negotiating skills
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs (ADP preferred)
Familiarity with online job hunting websites
Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
Working knowledge of the security industry or law enforcement
