Cannabis Surveillance Room Monitor Jobs

At Element 7, we are building California's favorite cannabis retailer. With licensed dispensaries across the state. We are very focused on educating patients and customers, having the local voice and footprint, impacting social justice reform, and building a diverse and winning team.

We are looking to hire a full-time Surveillance room monitor to join our ever-growing organization. You must have a real sense of urgency and understanding for the importance of security and safety. This role requires good judgement and attention to detail for an extended period of time, looking at multiple cameras and sitting for hours at a time. This position does require you be onsite.

Responsibilities:
1. Watching multiple monitors to make sure locations are secure.
2. In case of an emergency, calling proper authorities and reporting incidents.
3. Being vigilant and staying alert at all hours of the day/night depending on shift.
4. Maintaining and following proper protocol for urgent situations.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in security and/or surveillance.
2. Ability to be alert and awake for an extended period of time.
3. Ability to sit for an extended period of time.
4. Organization and attention to detail.
5. Ability to think and react appropriately under pressure.
6. Willing to work odd hours if needed.

3 References and background check will be required once 1st interview is conducted, 2nd interview will be tentative upon outcome.

Compensation: $17/hour
