Jane Technologies, Inc. is looking for a passionate, personable, creative, and entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager to help grow our burgeoning media business. The Jane Media Group is still in its early stages, so this new hire will play a vital role in crafting what this business unit will look like.
The Senior Account Manager will be working across multiple teams to bring our new media solution for retailers to market. They will intimately learn the Jane business through cross functional collaboration across all teams, from partner success to data science. This will be a hybrid solutions consulting/account management role. As the first person on this newly formed team, we're looking for someone excited by the opportunity to grow and shape a new business unit.
This role will be fully remote but will never operate in a silo. We are a tight knit team with daily stand-ups, and we offer incredible resources, tools, training, and support/coaching as needed.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the solutions expert when speaking to retailers about this new offering
- Manage the relationship for partners utilizing this new offering
- Launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns on behalf of our retail partners
- Recruit, manage, and scale a best-in-class team
- Communicate with retailers proactively, via phone and email
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing and Product teams to communicate and help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support and collateral
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
- Team player
- Ability to work remotely
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling
- In depth knowledge of the digital marketing and ad tech landscape, with an understanding of basic media math
- Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
- Proven success scaling in a fast-paced environment
- Start-up experience a plus
- Passionate about providing safe access to cannabis
