Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including planning, creating content, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.

- Lead email marketing initiatives including optimization of email marketing strategy, platform enhancements, and related processes to retain existing customers.
- Manage the technical execution of various email campaigns, including the template designs, unsubscribe management, and automated journey & customer lifecycle considerations.
- Segment lists based on previous and predicted behaviors like past email engagement, website interactions, past purchases, etc.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B test plans, and promotions that drive engagement and business results through email, SMS, and in product notifications.
- Conduct analysis of results, optimizing future campaigns for deliverability, mobile rendering, open rates, etc.
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of deep experience in digital marketing for B2C or B2B2C brands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in at least one marketing automation tool required such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Adobe Campaign, etc.
- Proven track record in digital marketing including email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics; Bonus points for lifecycle marketing experience.

Content Support at Jane:
We are looking for high-energy, emotionally intelligent, agile, and passionate individuals. Jane's Content team is the bridge between dispensary online menus and our content management system. As a Content Support teammate, you will be responsible for contributing to the craft and integrity of unique new and existing cannabis products and markets - and standardizing those products across real dispensaries on our platform. You will help build and standardize the largest cannabis product catalog in the world. You will ensure the information presented on product cards are the best representation of that Brands' product.
You Will:
- Decipher, process, and research 300-400+ unique dispensary POS entries
- Ensure accurate product information across 35+ unique state and Canadian province markets
- Update product images, descriptions, and category types
- Build new and maintain existing online menus for dispensaries and brands
- Create new online menu products cards as Brands launch new product offerings
- Troubleshoot product discrepancies on dispensary online menus
- Collaborate with internal teams

Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly accounting close activities and deliverables in NetSuite, including journal entries, account reconciliations, analytics and reporting, while ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting
- Analyzes and reconciles complex Balance Sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Partner with Sales and Partner Success team to calculate monthly and quarterly commission
- Partner with cross-functional business partners and third parties to foster working relationships, implement best practices, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements
- Document all processes and procedures in line with control activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4+ years accounting with a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience
- CPA or equivalent preferred
- NetSuite experience
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or complex company
- Experience with researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions
- Demonstrated history of solving multiple complex operational and accounting challenges

- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap of new ad templates, content widgets, and other features that allow brands to reach shoppers.
- Plan and coordinate releases across relevant functions (marketing, partner success, engineering, etc.)

Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience releasing end user facing content in apps/websites/etc. - prefer that they have experience developing advertising creatives, formats, templates, etc., but any development of user-facing content is acceptable.
- Experience with testing user-facing content via A/B testing, holdouts, or other methodologies
- Project management skills - this role will need to coordinate manually executed betas to test new creative formats, which requirements the ability to coordinate with many beta participants, determine how to manually scale setup of experiments when those new features do not yet have fully scaled internal tooling or UX support.

The Role:
The Director of Technical Support is responsible for the overall success of the Technical Support team, comprised of both technical and hardware support representatives. You will ensure your team is meeting & exceeding their responsibilities with onboarding new dispensaries and maintaining ongoing support of their menus and hardware. You will lead, manage and mentor technical support staff, including establishing, collaborating on, and measuring individual goals. You will oversee day-to-day efforts to successfully deliver on annual team goals and objectives. You will work directly with the VP of Support to define and formalize Technical Support QA standards and SOP; and work closely with cross functional leaders to ensure a clear and shared understanding of processes.

- Review daily/weekly/monthly reports and work with the VP of Support on growth strategies.
- Work with the managers/leads to create weekly workload schedule to ensure KPIs are met
- Communicate & train all new feature and tool releases to your team members and verify that managers/leads are communicating new features and tooling out to their teams
- End to end lifecycle case and task management
- Develop, document, and implement operational policies and procedures
- Serve as the third level escalation point and provide updates the Jane status page
- Hire new staff based on forecasting of team growth and resourcing needs
- Provide continuous feedback for product, tooling, and analytic development and improvements

You can work from anywhere, and you can set your own hours. This is an autonomous role, but we offer incredible resources, tools, training, and support/coaching as needed. This is a fast track program to a closing role and we aim to internally promote all Business Development Representatives.

- 13-15 Sales Qualified Meetings set per week
- Outstanding Salesforce Hygiene and understanding of CRM pipeline management
- Develop relationships though lead outreach and book subsequent demonstrations
- Maintain knowledge of regional competitors and local legislative restrictions
- Maintain detailed Opportunity information including contact, deal stage and POS information.
- Communicate any specific regional challenges or product requirements
- Interface with partner Software services to build referral pipeline
- Conduct research on new markets and identify new opportunities

Primary Responsibilities
- Fulfill internal requests to configure, ship and remotely install order notification print hardware
- Interact with dispensary partners over the phone or email to troubleshoot hardware issues
- Log all records of hardware configurations including shipping costs, tracking numbers and delivery addresses
- Keep records of tech issues and report back to management, development, or product departments
- Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between dispensary partners and Jane
Desired Background & Requirements
- Experience with software installation
- Network experience, such as setting up devices with specific IP addresses and navigating a router
- Device Management Experience (either with TeamViewer or a similar product)
- Experience working in Salesforce.com
