Cannabis Seeking Cannabis Grower Assistant Labor Jobs

We are Greenphoria Farms. A large indoor recreational cannabis grow operation based in Hillsboro Oregon. We are seeking one candidate to join the team as we approach our harvest in March. This is a full time position under the guidance and management of our master grower.

In this position you will learn and be responsible for:

. Nurturing cannabis plants through their lifecycle

. Maintaining the health of the cannabis plants

. Manicuring/trimming both plants and buds

. Taking cuttings from mother plants

. Taking care of clones

. Keeping the work area clean and tidy

. Following OLCC compliance procedures

. General maintenance of the master grower’s plan

We are more than happy to teach you the process and techniques but a background in the following is an advantage towards working with us:

• Experience in Cannabis cultivation
• Understanding of Cannabis cultivation and production techniques and timelines.
• Experience cultivating in different facility types including indoor/warehouse, greenhouse and outdoor.
• Experience in marijuana trimming, harvesting rooms, cleaning rooms & equipment.

• Experience with 2,000sq ft or larger grow facility
• Knowledge on environmental sensors, fertigation equipment, watering and lighting
• Ability to lift minimum 40lbs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where flexibility, adaptation to change, ability to problem-solve and determination are valued and necessary attributes for success

Applicants must have an OLCC workers permit card, be at least 21 years old, punctual, and have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
