Our marijuana dispensary is looking for full-time security guard to help answer questions about our products and how we can help customers achieve a state of maximum relaxation. The successful candidate will also assist the dispensary's staff by checking IDs, (We have scanners), helping diffuse difficult situations, watching cameras and keeping the vibe of the shop correct. We also have outside armed guards at our store to help keep everything safe. We strive to offer the absolute best customer service. It all starts with the Security Officer; you are the first and last face they see. You set the tone. We don't require previous I-502 experience or any background in related fields, but it is helpful. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, as well as a positive attitude and an interest in learning more about cannabis industry. Responsibilities:
- Check and scan all ID's.
- Watch Cameras
- Respond to alarms and panic buttons in a timely manner.
- Respond to security threats.
- Respond to suspicious activity, such as trespassing or loitering.
- Keep the property safe from intruders or thieves.
- Record or report suspicious activity or security threats to management staff.
- Communicate with property management staff.
- Walk around the property regularly to ensure the safety of any employees working there.
