This position can be based out of Portland or Medford. The Representative will need to work from the Medford office one or two days per week.
Our territory Sales Reps. will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing clientele, as well as prospecting and establishing new relationships in assigned geographical locations. Each Sales Representative will start off with approximately 40 existing clients in their sector with the expectation to build upon those relationships as well as prospect and establish new relationships.
Each Sales Representative will go through a probationary period with the Sales Manager, learning their routes and customers, as well as the standard operating procedures of the farm and OLCC.
Sales Reps will start off with a base salary of 40k a year with the opportunity to make up to 60k a year plus commission after the probationary period has ended.
Be prepared to work at least 4 days a week with 2 days on the road and a day before and after to handle administrative matters. Your gas and lodging will be covered by the company, with the prospect of a company car in the works.
If you have no sales experience, and have never worked in the cannabis industry, I will train you, provided that you are willing to put in the hours and work needed to become successful.

OLCC Workers Permit
Good Driving History and own your own vehicle
Excellent Communication Skills
Computer Fluency (METRC experience helpful but not necessary)
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert those leads into sales and ongoing relationships
Provide support to and manage existing accounts
Properly log and track all sales related data
Prepare, manage and track METRC manifests
Create, send and manage invoices (Leaflink experience helpful)
Collect cash and check payments
Work with Sales Manager to set pricing and allocate product among various accounts
Provide input to the Office Manager regarding order of trimming and packaging
Salary - $40,000 to $60,000 per year plus Commission
