Full Job Description –
Brand Reps are customer-obsessed, and are owners at heart. You are an owner of your book of business and need to treat every interaction as though your name is on the products. Constant source and secure new relationships to add to your overall personal book and territory. Brand Reps focus on potential accounts and closing the sale on either new accounts and/or inactive accounts (no order in 60 days). Brand Reps will collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and the support teams to develop lead sources, expand the customer base and ensure the production is creating products that are in demand. Brand Reps are solution-focused and proactive when handling any accounts/customers. Brand Reps will provide creative solutions when assisting their customer with any issues, including but not limited to inventory, delivery, invoice, sales issues, etc.

Qualitative Skills –
- Brand Reps need to know when to talk and when to listen and will learn how to listen for common objections and utilize sales training to overcome them.
- Brand Reps will utilize their exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with their customers and internally within the company.
- Brand Reps are collaborative and build effective relationships to assist the company in reaching its goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and support team to develop lead sources, expand the customer base and ensure the production is creating products that are in demand.
- Partner with the assigned Account Manager to create a seamless setting and line of communication as a team. You will be depending on each other to close out sales and reorders.

- Have 1-2 years of Sales Experience in a environment
