We are looking for a curious and driven SaaS Product UX/UI Designer to create exceptional user experiences that delight our customers and help them get the most out of the Green Check software. Using your full range of user experience and visual design skills, you will create insightful data-driven products that are modern, consistent, and simple to use for all users. You will be responsible for maintaining a design system (we use Figma!) that will be used to rapidly spin up prototypes for new features and concepts. You’ll also work alongside the product team to conduct customer research, interviews, and usability testing to validate features and understand customer needs and behaviors.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3 years or more experience in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design developing SaaS, B2C/B2B web or mobile applications. It’s important that you’ve worked on a feature rich application in the past.
- You have a track record of distilling complex systems in a SaaS product into usable – and delightful – user experiences.
- You’re an expert in creating and maintaining interactive design systems in Figma or other prototyping tools. This includes knowledge of: library components, auto-layout, and rapid prototyping. Your design system organizational skills are unmatched!
- You’re also an expert in responsive design and web accessibility.
- You have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You’re creative and you can multitask, handling multiple projects simultaneously. You love working with a tight-knit team, but will roll up your sleeves and be self-directed, too.
- You can provide a portfolio of UI/UX design work you have done.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create and maintain a formal design system and standardize existing components and pages to follow established design patterns.
- Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm new features and design clickable prototypes that can be handed off to the development team.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Green Check’s existing product to ensure future iterations are executed cohesively.
- Help out as needed with other teams, such as Marketing or Sales, if prototypes or designs are needed.
HOPEFULLY YOU’LL ALSO BE FAMILIAR WITH
- Agile software development processes and methodology.
- Some front-end coding experience is a plus.
- Figma, or other similar design system tools (like Sketch or Miro)
- Fintech software applications.
- Designing and building web and mobile applications with a small remote team.
