Position Summary
The Security Associate is responsible the safe and secure operation of Company facilities. Initiates notification of incidents to appropriate management and initiates external responses when necessary (e.g. police and emergency response)
Documents incidents using standard incident report forms
Performs transportation of product as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Must be least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Previous work experience in law enforcement, corrections, or security preferred
Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work well on a team
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and honest
Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly and articulately explain tasks, delegate responsibility (if necessary), and provide progress reports to managers in a timely and proactive manner
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Open availability for work various work schedules
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for at least 8 hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Visual acuity needed for viewing screens and fine print
