Cannabis Retail Dispensary Grow Operation Jobs

Canna Personnel is looking to fill various full-time and part-time Cannabis positions in Kalkaska, Michigan for a retail dispensary and grow operation.

Grow Operation - ideal candidates should have Cannabis cultivation and plant trimming experience, be highly motivated self-starters with strong teamwork skills, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with plants. You must pass a 10-year background check with no felonies and you will have to pass a drug test (excluding THC). Hourly pay rate ranges from $15.00/hour to $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to

· plant maintenance – defoliation, topping, cutting

· pruning/trimming and harvesting plants

· preparing harvested plants for curing

· cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment

· various other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required skills

· must be able to do repetitive tasks

· be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision

· must have reliable transportation to work

Physical demands

· potentially standing on your feet 8 hours a day

· occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

· occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch

· be able to work in humid conditions and/or in areas with strong lighting

· use PPE as required – overalls, gloves, masks, eye protection

Retail Dispensary - Qualifications

· Minimum 21 years of age

· Excellent math skills

· Exceptional customer service skills, prefer 1 year experience in customer service role

· Detail oriented

· Have the ability to solve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner

· Strong computer-based skills

· Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

· Must be comfortable as an educator in cannabis

· Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store

· Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance

· Be able to record, arrange, and package patient orders

· Use point of sale system for all entries

· Respond to customer requests for information

· Maintain a basic understanding of the products available within the retail location

· Follow best practices established by the store for customer engagement and compliance

· Project a positive image of the organization to employees and customers

· Have the ability to build long term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
