Job Description: Healer is looking for a Customer Service person for our Hemp Products who will also double as a budtender "wellness advisor" to assist in our day to day opperations. This position works directly with customers and patients in a wellness setting. This job includes customer service, taking online and phone orders, as well as curbside pick up at our production facility in Brunswick ME. The Customer Service person also will need to assist with the packaging of final products and the shipping and delivery of final products. The Customer Service person will keep an accurate inventory and make sure that all state laws are followed.
We are looking for a candidate who knows how to de-escalate upset customers, brings a positive attitude, and is able to learn quickly. This position requires some computer skills such as typing, using email, zendesk, and website support. We will train you on any skills you may be missing as long as you are able to learn and grow.
In this role, the candidate should expect to:
- Work with patients/customers and their medical providers
- Understand how to work with medical patients in a wellness setting
- Work with customers at front desk to take orders
- Fill curbside pick up orders
- Handle Email, phone and chat support
- Packaging up ecommerce orders and work with the post office
- Maintain orders, user information and subscriptions on product websites
- Answer product questions, direct customers to resources or Integr8 Health, help place orders, problem solve account issues, etc.
- Update returns and provide refunds when necessary.
Other Duties may include:
- Keeping accurate inventory and following state laws on storage.
- Work safely in a lab and commercial kitchen environment.
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs
- Maintain communication between departments daily.
- Check mail 3-5 times a week and sort mail to proper departments/individuals.
- End-of-day deposits and Cash reconciliation.
- Aid in final packaging processes: Heat sealing, labeling COAs and boxing of products
- Update Inventory of packaged products daily and boxes/final packaging products weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A Maine Drivers Licence
- Must have 1-3 years experience in any of the following regulated industries such as cannabis, retail, sales, customer service and/or food production industries
- Capable of working both independently and with a small team.
- Confidence in troubleshooting and problem solving
- Responsible and reliable, capable of maturity in handling confidential information
- Must be legally eligible for work in Maine and be over 21 years old.
- Experience working in manufacturing, processing and production facilities and following OSHA and lab safety procedures preferred.
- Experience with medical cannabis is preferred, but not required.
