Cannabis Receptionists Grand Rapids Location Jobs

Everyone’s favorite house is coming to Grand Rapids!

House of Dank is seeking Receptionists for our upcoming Grand Rapids location.

What you’ll do…

• Check in customers and patients with valid ID cars and Medical Marijuana cards
• Correctly input customer information in the POS (LeafLogix)
• Answer incoming phone calls, provide general information regarding visiting the store, purchasing product, and location/store hours
• Communicate with Security, Budtenders, and Management Team as needed

This position sets the tone for the experience in the store. It’s imperative that our Receptionists have a host mentality, patience with guests, and a warm personality.

What we’re looking for…

• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• Strong customer service and host mentality
• Open availability – seeking full time employees only
• Previous cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Metrc and LeafLogix is preferred but willing to train
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry

Must be able to travel to corporate office or current retail locations for training.

Compensation: Starting at $12-14/hr based on experience plus an employee discount
