Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Provider Operations Manager will perform the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to providers and corporate administrative support functions
- Manage issues that arise with providers
- Implement strategic plans and monitor progress toward achieving operational goals and objectives
- Establish and oversee controls to monitor and enhance operational efficiencies
- Identify gaps in functional operations and cross-functional interactions and identify corrective actions
- Identify risks, threats, and opportunities for the business and identify strategies to address them
- Drive measurement and accountability to ensure achievement of plans, goals, and objectives
- Determines and schedules appropriate staffing assignments to support the flow of patients
- Monitors the daily flow of patients making recommendations for efficiency
- Other job duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; a minimum of 6 months – 1 year work experience in relevant field (such as medical group management, allied healthcare-provider management side, healthcare-related services management, HR/organizational management in healthcare/medical services organization)
- Passion for changing the world for the better by making cannabis more accessible to those who could benefit from it
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new processes, programs, and multi-task regularly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and appeal to a wide variety of personalities and professional tendencies
- Cannabis knowledge; industry experience is a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- A leader and strategic thinker
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Previous experience utilizing a CRM
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive physician and patient relationships
- Effective project management skills and knowledge of utilizing a project management platform in collaboration with other team members
