Production Manager - Light Manufacturing - Automation
The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations of this rapidly growing, robotics play in the cannabis space. They will manage a team of assembly technicians, pushing them to meet the company’s production goals. They will train personnel and ensure best practices are followed for all assembly processes. They will review QC documentation and support QC efforts as needed to ensure finished products meet the standardized quality specifications. The Production Manager will work closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Department to implement and support new processes as needed to improve efficiencies on the manufacturing line. A manufacturing, mechanical or technical assembly background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manager of production & logistics staff
- Training new staff
- Implement and report KPI metrics to upper management
- Supervise all work processes and ensure work is performed accurately and efficiently
- Perform supervisory review of QC documents
- Ensure production goals are met
- Participate in documenting, investigating, troubleshooting and preventing recurrence of department errors and problems
- Implement and support new processes on the manufacturing line
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years working as a Production Manager or equivalent
- Bachelors degree or 5+ years of related experience in the field
- Technical background in electrical and mechanical assembly preferred
- Ability to understand new technologies
- In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes

Pay: $37,961.00 - $123,391.00 per year
