The Production Machine Operator will operate and maintain any one of our various packing and production machinery, Monday through Friday on our 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) or our 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am).
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare packaging equipment for packaging of product
- Prepare cooking or production equipment for product batches
- Ensure consistency and efficiency of products through quality testing and procedures
- Maintain strict inventory records of products
- Complete routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment
- Responsible for various support activities including but not limited to inventory, record-keeping, proper sample disposal, and cleaning
- Cross train in other departments as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21
- Must have at least 1 year of machining experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Friendly and positive demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can work independently
- A positive attitude is a must!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.55 - $22.55 per hour
