Job Summary:
Terra Vida Holistic Centers is the premier provider of medical marijuana services and pharmaceutical-grade products to qualifying patients in our 3 suburban Philadelphia locations, Sellersville, Abington and Malvern. We are seeking Product Specialists and Patient Care Coordinators to work in all three (3) of our dispensary locations. The Product Specialist/Patient Care Coordinator position is a temporary position. Your skills in customer satisfaction and data management are transferable to this position. You will work with patients to deliver the highest level of customer service quality to the patient while ensuring they are within the recommending doctor’s instruction according to Pennsylvania law.
Experience:
These are great opportunities for individuals with prior experience working in a Physician’s Practice/Medical Office as well as Pharmacy Technicians.
- Must be patient service focused with the ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Present a professional image in appearance, actions, and words
- Excellent verbal communication skills required, ability to develop relationship with customers to provide a positive experience.
- Proficient with standard office equipment; multi-task comfortably; ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
- Exemplary organizational skills: willingness to be cross-trained and fill in for other roles
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule to include being willing to workday and evening shifts and weekends.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Requirements:
In compliance with the state of Pennsylvania all employees of TerraVida Holistic Centers who come in contact with or handle medicinal cannabis, including medicinal cannabis infusion products, must be at least 18 years of age and will be subject to an FBI fingerprinting process as part of a criminal history background check in compliance with the procedures established by the Office of Medical Marijuana – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.
Team members must also successfully pass the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training, Train PA.
