We are currently seeking a Full Time Associate Buyer. The Associate Buyer is responsible for working with the Buyer on managing stock levels, negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery timescales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in concert with buyer to analyze sales and stock levels in a meticulous fashion to enable purchasing of new merchandise as well as replenish items in a timely manner.
- Work with buyer and all vendors to ensure that merchandise is in stock and that the correct weeks of supply are on hand to support sales.
- Collaborate with buyer and vendors to develop marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Create purchase orders, sales orders and manage store and online menus as product line changes.
- Work with buyer to develop effective relationships with vendors.
- Effectively and efficiently utilize inventory management systems to understand and contribute to the inventory process, sales, specials.
- Facilitate inventory transfers between all locations.
- Develop product/market knowledge in order to contribute effectively to the buying process.
- Ability to work with dispensary staff in sharing product knowledge.
The Associate Buyer must possess strong organizational skills, as success in this position demands careful accounting of potentially large amounts of inventory and keeping updated records so that accurate counts may be made. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Licensure/Certification/Registration Requirements:
In compliance with the state of Pennsylvania all employees of TerraVida Holistic Centers who come in contact with or handle medicinal cannabis, including medicinal cannabis infusion products, must be at least 18 years of age and will be subject to an FBI fingerprinting process as part of a criminal history background check in compliance with the procedures established by the Office of Medical Marijuana certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state medical marijuana licensing regulations.
Team members must also successfully pass the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program 2-hour compliance training, Train PA.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Dispensary Manager for our Huntington, West Virginia Dispensary. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing all day to day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of West Virginia and the standards set by TerraVida. The Dispensary Manager provides support to all Product Specialists, Patient Care Consultants, and Medical Professionals, which includes scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides the highest level of patient care and customer service.
- Serve as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
- Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
- Provides superior customer service for patients and caregivers.
- Opens and closes the store.
- Schedules staff and submits payroll.
- Receives shipments and handles deliveries.
- Keeps track of inventory daily as well as conducts monthly inventory audits.
- Resolves staff and/or patient conflicts.
- Handles sales and inventory discrepancies.
- Makes sure all staff is fully trained and performing to the best of their ability.
- Makes sure the staff practices all values of the company and is meeting all expectations.
- Enforces, and follows SOP’s for the dispensary.
Qualifications:
Five years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales system and use of Microsoft office programs preferred. Previous management experience strongly preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Requirements:
In compliance with the state of West Virginia all employees of TerraVida Holistic Centers who come in contact with or handle medicinal cannabis, including medicinal cannabis infusion products, must be at least 18 years of age.

Qualified candidates will have minimum 2 years in an administrative purchasing or procurement assistant role, high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, telephone skills, organizational skills, strong planning, and time management skills. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:
- Educating and recommending therapies for patients
- Checking the Department of Health patient registry for any relevant information about any TerraVida patient
- Become proficient with the point of sale system (MJ Freeway)
- Assisting patients over the phone
- Helping patients with essential visitors to sign up for a caregiver card
- Assist in conducting nightly and monthly inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines to ensure there is no diversion of inventory, and effectively respond to discrepancies.
- Prepare and effectively lead state inspectors through unannounced inspections
- Ensure compliance with all PA Medical Marijuana Program rules and regulations
- Educating other staff members about new products and
- Researching cannabis science and clinical studies
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in the pharmaceutical sciences, Pharm. D. preferred. An active unrestricted license in good standing without restrictions. Must complete the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course: http://www.medicalmarijuana.pa.gov/
Must be able to complete both internal and external background checks, clear of felonies necessary.
Familiarity with computers and POS systems. Working knowledge of inventory and sales reports. Recent experience (within the last 5 years) with patient-oriented drug delivery systems and a passion for patient care and service delivery.

The 3rd Key follows and maintains all day-to-day operations of the company, as well as practices the core values of TerraVida. They are responsible for opening the store in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Dispensary Manager, as well as assisting them with the opening and closing procedures when they are present.
Duties Include:
- Sets up and distributes cash drawers and carts.
- Restocks inventory and updates store menu.
- Reports out of stock or low stock inventory to the Assistant Manager or Dispensary Manager.
- Completes cash drops throughout the day when needed.
- Helps with organizing and staying compliant with storing inventory in the vaults
- Helps to assess and assist with inventory, errors, or discrepancies with the online ordering system and sales systems.
- Notifies and provides details of any sales discrepancy to the Assistant Manager or Dispensary Manager.
- Assist as a Product Specialist, Patient Care Coordinator and Curbside Runner as needed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures with 100% accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales system and use of Microsoft office programs strongly preferred.
- Must be patient service focused with the ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
