Budtenders need to understand and follow the laws and regulations of the State of Michigan and the standards of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Entails working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Be on time and ready to work each shift
- Deliver the ultimate guest experience
- Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
- Be knowledgeable about anything cannabis-related and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Be knowledgeable and share store specials with patients and customers
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning is completed, and periodic sanitization throughout the day
- Inform management of low inventory
- Adhere to company SOPs
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Reliable transportation is required
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Use their hands to handle, control and feel objects, tools or controls
- Speak clearly so patients and customers can understand
- Work non-standard and/or weekend hours
- Ability to lift 30lbs or more
