The Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Mr. Pawn location in accordance with the core competencies, guidelines, and policies set forth by the company. We deal in a variety of merchandise including JEWELRY, FIREARMS, ELECTRONICS, TOOLS, COINS and MUCH MORE! Firearm and Jewelry Knowledge is Preferred, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.

• Maintain and improve Loan Base
• Demonstrates salesmanship skills by maintaining sales productivity levels.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, displaying maintenance, cleaning store including bathroom and stockroom, vacuuming and returning product to inventory
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.

• Proper staffing to meet customer expectations and needs.
• Superior and consistent store conditions.
• Instill a sense of urgency throughout the operation.
• Motivate the employees to higher levels of personal and team performance.

• Establishes and fosters positive business relationships with all team members.
• Individual and group training for all tasks and cross-training that ensures sustainability.
• Retention and promotion of team members demonstrating strong personal leadership and a drive for results.

• A focus on driving profitable sales through active selling, effective merchandising, and superior customer service.
• Attainment of gross profit that meets and exceeds budget.
• Control of inventory shrink in-line with expectations.
• Store Productivity and control of labor expenses and all associated metrics.
• Proper control over store expenses and supply use.
• Full focus on all controllable store expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
