- Attend any and all required meetings and training
- Read industry publications to keep up-to-date on trends
- Ensure each guest receives your full attention during their transaction
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by Retail Managers (or shift Lead)

- Assist in general housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
- Communicate customer requests and/or problems to Dispensary Manager
- Participate in inventory counts weekly

- Frequently maintain cleanliness, dusting, Windex glass, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization of dispensary
- Maintains strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines
- Must be detail oriented and conscientious when working

Lau Ola, LLC is one of Hawaii's eight medical cannabis licensees located on Big Island. We are seeking qualified, dependable, honest and motivated individuals to join our team to support operations at our retail location: Hilo, Kona, Kamuela.
The Patient Attendant position will be responsible for greeting our guests, assessing individual needs and goals while educating tand guiding guests on the benefits and differences of our products. A successful Patient Attendant will deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and be able to excel in company standard, achieve sales goals, provide excellent product suggestions and exceed our guest's expectations. This position will ultimately inspire patient confidence and create loyalty to our brand.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 or over (Hawaii State law)
- Valid Hawaii State Driver's License
- 2 Positive Professional References
- Some travel may be required
- Must pass criminal background check, including fingerprinting as required by Hawaii State.
