Cannabis Part Time Budtender West Wash Park Jobs

This position is for part-time employment as a Budtender at an award winning Dispensary in central Denver. We are looking for an upbeat, energetic individual who will enjoy working in the Cannabis Industry as much as we do!

Ability to work weekends/evenings a must.

Requirements:
- Valid MED badge; Please attach front/back copies of your badge with resume
- Flexible Schedule; We are open 7 days a week from 9am-10pm, and candidates must be available to work mornings or evenings as well as weekends
- 1-2 years of experience in the cannabis industry is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate with other retail sales experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Sales - this is a sales position and candidates must be comfortable and capable of being in a sales associate position
- Must be able to handle cash with 100% accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Educations - minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Budtender Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides exemplary customer service at ALL times to ALL customers
- Responsible for jar fills and accurate data entry
- Responsible for shaking out jars and making correct adjustments
- Assists in store opening and closing procedure
- Recognizes and performs tasks such as - labeling jars/vials, rolling joints, restocking products
- The sale of a variety of products and the requisite knowledge of those products
- Balances out cash drawers at end of shift - cash handling is an extremely important skill
- Assists management with inventory control procedures

** Starting pay is based on experience, and is commiserate with current industry standards. Budtenders receive tips as well as employee discounts. Benefits (including Health Insurance) available after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
