Role Description
This position will directly impact the pace of our operations at our central office & warehouse. At the heart of the business, you will have a cross-functional role where you’ll play a part in improving efficiency in our manufacturing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes. Being an early stage company that is growing rapidly, all hands are on deck and every day is different - you must have an innate desire to build and wear many hats.
Your responsibilities will range from managing inventory, updating and keeping track of manufacturing runs, participating in manufacturing processes, and shipping and receiving packages. Being a technology-focused company, you will spend around 30-60% of your time on a computer using our inventory management software - where you will input and organize data for inventory and manufacturing. A high level of computer skills are required for this role.
Our broader team and partnerships includes a diverse group of engineers, marketers, creatives, sales professionals, scientists, agriculturalists. You will be working closely with our small team in full transparency. This will be key to our success.

Salary Range: Starting at $15 / Hour
Location: Raleigh, NC

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Timeline: Looking to hire ASAP
Responsibilities may include:
- Improve efficiency of Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations
- Author and maintain electronic data for Inventory & Manufacturing processes
- Keep track of materials used and final products produced in our Inventory software.
- Manage and record incoming and outgoing shipments within our Inventory software.
- Manage inventory transfers, counts, and movements within our Inventory software.
- Manage and communicate shipment information to the sales team.
- Author & maintain SOPs for Inventory & Manufacturing
- Driving within a 2-4 hour radius of Raleigh, NC to pick up or drop off packages.
Requirements:
- "Builder mindset"
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid driver’s license at all times
- Salesforce software experience (preferred)
- Dear Systems (ERP) experience (preferred)
- Solidworks Experience (preferred)
- Highly competent in using and analyzing spreadsheets (Excel & Google Sheets), computer skills, and quick to learn new software
- Extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Patient and active listener
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license at all times.
