Manufacturing Lab Technician
HIRING NOW! Join a unique, close-knit, and growing lean manufacturing company as a Manufacturing Lab Technician! The Manufacturing Lab Technician is primarily responsible for operating custom Fixed Automation Machines and equipment. We are seeking a candidate with a good attitude who is interested in developing skills in manufacturing a one of a kind technology. Candidate must be collaborative and motivated to continuously improve. Long term growth and earnings opportunities can be expected with development of skills and experience. Starting Wage is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Healthcare benefits and promotion opportunities are available after successful completion of 3 months experience. Additional benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick leave accrual.
40 hours/week 11:00am-8:00pm with 1 hour meal break, overtime and bonus plans possible.

Initial job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Execute production work orders and quality standards
- Operate a custom-built Fixed Automation machine with diligence and effectiveness
- Ability to develop knowledge of electromechanical systems
- Knowledge of basic process control and good documentation practices
- Demonstrate ability to monitoring and discuss the performance of machine and equipment performance
- Able to work within a laboratory environment safely
- Provide other production equipment setups and operation of select workstations
- Basic machine troubleshooting
- Maintain thorough documentation and support Quality Management System
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Physical Demands:
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training, experience, or education desired
- 1 – 2 years of lab or technical work with a desire to learn
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently
- Mechanically Inclined
- Reliable and Punctual with good communication skills
- Ability to stand for full 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Good vision and the ability to distinguish color
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to problem solve
- Must have an interest in doing high quality work
