The candidate in cooperation with our Director of Compliance should be able to manage annual inspections of properties and ensure all records, licenses, and permits are up to date in order to keep the company in compliance with legal ordinances.

Overseeing crops and making recommendations to maximize crop quality. Hands-on oversight of irrigation, fertigation, and general plant maintenance across several different facilities. Scheduling crop production and finish dates.
Examining crops for nutrient deficiencies, excesses, pests, and pathogens.
Budgeting, record keeping, and developing SOPs to ensure the production of quality crops. Solid computer skills in Excel and Word are a plus, as well as a working knowledge of environmental control equipment and other cultivation technology. Ability to understand soil and tissue tests and make recommendations to improve plant health.
