The Operations Lead reports to the Store Manager, General Manager, and Director of Retail Operations. This individual is responsible for daily operations of opening and closing the store, measuring the store’s performance, driving sales to meet store goals, inventory management, waste management, intake, merchandising products, order fulfillment, and supporting the back-of-house team operations. This position assesses operational improvement opportunities, increasing productivity, ensuring online menu accuracy, training, optimizing the customer experience, and solving inventory compliance problems.

- Ensure audit compliance and work with the Store Manager, Director of Retail Operations, and COO to perform bi-weekly audits or as directed by the corporate leadership team
- Work closely with operation and fulfillment Canncierge to increase productivity, accuracy, and product knowledge
- Maintains the back of the house, organized and cleaned
- Maintain inventory control - inventory counts, communicate needs, reconciling, discounting, processing display and trade samples, waste tracking and removal
- Audit pricing and photos to ensure accuracy for inventory offerings on in-store menus
- Meets and exceeds assigned store shrink goals
- Assist the salesfloor Canncierge team as needed by executing high customer experience standards, including industry-leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge
- Assists the delivery and operation team as needed to ensure deliveries and pick-up orders are completed in a timely manner to ensure a five-star customer experience
- Oversee compliance for all delivery orders and ensure drivers are delivering a five-star experience

- Accountable for assisting with the execution of accurate inventory counts in
weekly Inventory Reconciliation including, but not limited to:
Pre and during Inventory
- Preparation of blind count sheets
- Verifying each inventory location receives two (2) blind counts
- Ensure all inventory is scanned into the PARSL inventory count application
- Compare both blind counts per location to inspect for discrepancies and reconcile as necessary
- Once all counts completed, upload all documents to Google Shared Drive for Inventory

Post-Inventory
- Accountable for assisting in the research of discrepancies by recounting items as necessary or verifying proper inventory
- Ensure all items are counted for accuracy before receiving the package and signing Metrc Manifest
- Assist & supervise intake of orders
- Receive goods from vendors following appropriate procedures and
ensuring receipt of all documentation from the vendor

- Import package from Metrc and upload Blaze Identifiers into PARSL and
begin PARSL tag allocation

- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
