Cannabis Junior Creative Account Associate Jobs

Stylists Suite LLC is a Media strategy firm based in Detroit. We are a small agency with an incredible and ever-growing list of cannabis brands, serial entrepreneurs and start-ups as clientele.

The Junior Creative Account Associate position is a creative and engaging position that utilizes a special set of skills to visually support the CEO and to meet the demands of materials both written and designed for fulfilling client contracts. The Junior Creative will respond to a multitude of requests for written and video demonstrations and/or company visual products that assists the growth, fulfillment and brand closing sales opportunities.

THE ROLE - Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Take written and spoken direction from the CEO

• Follow lead of team to build digital proposals, create and maintain google drive asset files for specific projects, write and edit copy, prepare presentations, and all graphic design related to mediums

• Write and Edit Video

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines

• Produce graphic design elements and video editing using fundamentally Adobe Design Suite, Photoshop and Premiere

• Determine the size and arrangement of video assets, images and copy for storage

SKILLS - The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or abilities that are required to fulfill this position:

• Understanding of Mac-based design programs, Adobe (intermediate level) IMovie, iTunes and Photoshop

• 1+ year of experience in editorial work

• A basic video design background with a broad understanding of design and usability technology

• Must have the ability to conceptualize and articulate proposals and presentations

• Computer literate, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Slack, Cloud Storage such as Dropbox and Google Drive

• Liberal Arts BA or equivalent education is preferred, but not required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Must be a flexible team player and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organization and communication (including follow-through) and troubleshooting skills via in-person, email and phone

• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

• Must have common sense, critical thinking skills, and a keen eye for detail

• Must be able to take direction and accomplish tasks with excellence
