The Sr. Grow Technician will act as the right hand to the Director of Cultivation, and take on responsibility for the cloning process, overall nursey management, and work with our Sales and Cultivation teams to manage our strains. Job Overview :
In consideration of the mutual terms, conditions, and covenants hereinafter set forth, Contractor and Client agree as follows:
II. SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide the following services: a. Separate stems and package separately b. Separate fan/water leaf and package separately c. Separate fine trim and package separately d. Weigh and document all packages daily i. Contractor agrees to conduct weighing process with either the Client’s Trim Manager, Director of Cultivation or Director of Operations III.
TERM. The services shall begin on [DATE] and continue until either the Contractor or the Client decide to terminate the agreement.
Requirements:

Cultivation Assistant Manager
Cannassentials, a beyond indoor regenerative cannabis cultivator in Veneta is actively searching for a Greenhouse Cultivation Assistant Manager to join our team. The right individual needs to have a passion for cannabis, experience in natural gardening (cannabis or other) and experience with production management and planning of small teams.
- Responsible for working hand in hand with the Cultivation Lead and the Company President with management, planning and garden work. Assistance with day to day running of the flowering greenhouses and the nursery. Production planning, scheduling organization, managing a small crew of 2 or 3 individuals.
Tasks include:
- Pruning
- Watering
- Foliar Spraying
- Helping with making ferments
- Planting, Top dressing
- Assisting with harvesting and other production tasks
- Individual needs to be able to work in TIGHT places, moving around the greenhouse as required. Much of the job involves work done at the level of beds, including crouching, and bending. Good physical condition is required.

OLCC licensed Tier II recreational cannabis farm in the Veneta area seeking a full-time assistant cultivator.
We are a family owned and operated multifaceted farm growing in the Veneta area. We pride ourselves on our commitment to organic practice and are ever working towards further closing the loop. On our farm cannabis is one of many things we cultivate; food, livestock, hemp and family also thrive on our property.
The position we are looking to fill is a year-round, seasonally full-time, assistant cultivator. This position will work closely with the owner, operations manager and other farm faculty to manage and steward OLCC-licensed cannabis.
The assistant cultivator will be responsible for: day-to-day management and production of our cannabis crops from beginning through harvest of their growth cycles, ensuring that the crop, in all stages of its life – often simultaneously, is managed efficiently and tended to for optimized production and efficiency, maintaining a safe work environment. Must be able to prioritize a complex, heavy workload, work efficiently, work independently as well as with other staff and work on multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has strong communication and planning skills, can follow direction and also lead others by example.
CROP MAINTENANCE
· Tending and maintaining propagated stock that we keep year round to provide a continuous stock of plants both for our farm and to our two retail outlets
· Attending vegetative stock while being groomed to flower out
· Managing flowering plants; indoor, light-deprivation and full season stock that rotates throughout the year
· Propagating cuts to fulfill our crop needs
· Harvesting crops both indoor & outdoor and seeing through that process from cut to cure
