The Slow Burn is a small, family owned, cannabis business serving the Yakima Valley. We are looking for a qualified candidate to manage inventory and purchase product for all four retail locations. 2+ years experience in the Cannabis industry is required.

Responsiblities include:

• Buyer of products for all stores
• Overall stores inventory management
• Go to person for inventory in all stores
• Help develop shift managers in inventory control
• Support Shift Managers
• Help Set Culture in Stores
• Cover shifts on occasion if needed
• Hold shift managers accountable to job responsibilities and expectations in inventory
• Anything else needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Our company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at four retail locations. We are looking for someone who can develop and train the management teams at each location. Work with an inventory manager/buyer and manage the product flow. Produce schedules, manage labor, and get shifts covered upon call ins. Candidate needs to hold staff accountable for store cleanliness standards. Applicant will need to work with all staff to ensure a positive customer experience at every sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,992.00 - $68,636.00 per year
