What you’ll be doing as a Senior Audit Associate…
- Support 1-3+ Audit Associates on any given engagement with workpaper preparation in accordance with Armanino standards, workpaper review, substantive testing, analytical testing and other various training
- Manage and prioritize 1-4 engagements, at a given time, through issuance of financial statements and wrap of the file
- Work on various types of engagements across an array of industries including, but not limited to: Financial Services, Nonprofits, Healthcare, M&D, Insurance, Private Schools, Technology/SaaS (Public & Private), Media & Entertainment, Real Estate, Life Sciences, Cannabis, Employee Benefit Plans, among others.
- Help the Managers/Partners with the planning stages of the audit including planning communications to the client, audit request listing, risk assessment, planning meeting, etc.
- Fieldwork testing will include complex accounting areas within revenue, equity, deferred compensation, debt, various sensitive accruals, etc.
- Research technical accounting topics/standards related to ASC 606, ASC 842 and any other new ASU’s
- Act as a liaison between the client and the engagement team
- Our Seniors average between 44-46 hours/week in a given year
To be considered…
- CPA Certification or progress towards CPA Certification
- 1 Busy season as a ‘Audit Senior’ at a public accounting firm (preferably Top 200 firm)
- 2-3+ years total audit experience (preferably Top 200 firm)
- Great attitude, willingness to take ownership, and the desire to be a future Partner or Leader at Armanino

We are a CA licensed delivery service based in Oakland! We price ourselves in top customer service & quality product. We are looking for a couple of delivery drivers to fill vacant positions! You will be considered a 10-99 worker for this job and you will need you own vehicle. Starting pay is $15/hr plus tips. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Deliver goods to people as assigned
- Collect and verify orders for delivery
- Ensure inventory loads match delivery manifest
- Ensure address on package matches up to delivery address
- Load merchandise into vehicle
- Verify member identification
- Review deliveries with member to ensure products are correct
- Take payments
- Present change and receipts
- Maintain logs of packages delivered
- Follow traffic signs, street signs and delivery navigation application guidance to get to destinations
- Monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays
- Read and interpret maps and GPS directions
- Maintain ongoing communication with dispatcher
- Inspect and maintain vehicle daily, checking tires, brakes, and lights and adding fluids and gasoline as needed
- Count and log cash properly at the end of each shift
