In this role, you will participate in proposal development, engagement letter creation, and follow-up. Assist Supervisors in owning the sales cycle. You will also, help to enable BOS practitioners to accelerate growth by participating in solutioning sessions with prospects and clients, building proposals, coordinating with service line experts to propose services, drafting engagement letters, and assisting in prospect follow-up. Support the Go-To-Market team’s growth, improvement, and scale goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understand the client’s pain points, business goals, and current ecosystem of systems and processes, advisors, and providers. Following an evaluation and assessment of customers’ needs, design and prepare proposals, SOWs, and engagement letters to support booking goals.
- Work directly with the BOS growth partner to understand GTM approach and service packages.
- Leverage the BOS team for subject matter expertise, sales support, and pricing.
- Support the tracking of opportunities in CRM and follow-up activities.
- Improve the quality and quantity of proposal and engagement letter output.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Consolidate and manage the repository of materials including slides, proposals, and engagement letters.
- Enable our GTM leaders by supporting internal efforts to improve and scale.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the Firm’s available business solutions.
- Collaborate with Armanino’s partners and referral sources to keep rapport and be responsive.
- Communicate and collaborate with the GTM team and Sales teams to develop comprehensive consulting recommendations, proposals, and promotional materials for new prospective clients.
- Support the analysis of historical and current pipeline and synthesize insights.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Degree in a business, analytical, communications or marketing field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting, management consulting, or financial services
- Familiarity with professional communications or pre-sales sales experience
- Excellent communications and professional presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal software is a plus
- Experience in designing accounting and other back office solutions for Real Estate, Technology, Digital Assets, Cannabis, Creative/Media, Non-Profit industries is a plus.

We help clients improve processes, use the latest technology platforms, leverage data as an asset, increase automation, simplify their work, and meet their goals and objectives.
We leverage proprietary IP, products, and a set of cross-functional advisory services to challenge conventional thinking, spark change, and deliver results in days or weeks, not months or years. Armanino works with fast-growing and game-changing companies in technology, real estate, not-for-profit, private equity, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, and cannabis.
The Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant will work to deliver projects across multiple client programs. In doing so they will work with clients to assess current people, processes, and technology and develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with client goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes. You’ll work in teams ranging in size from 3 to 6 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client transformation engagements. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years’ work experience in Consulting, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Software Development.
- BS degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in process design, information technology, and/or Human Capital Strategy is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and the ability to adapt style as needed.
- Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
- Experience in building complex business cases and gathering measurable benefits.
- Some technical background includes an understanding of architecture, cloud platforms, organization models, and governance.
- Hands-on business analysis responsibilities including project vision, requirements documentation, process design, quality, and roll-out.
- Experience designing and documenting business process domains and maps.
- Understanding of enterprise software, particularly cloud-based technologies.
- Customer-focused with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships and thrive in a client site environment.
- Deep experience in process definition and business requirements documentation.
- Experience with workshop facilitation and requirements solicitation.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team to drive results based on individual experience.
- Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects.
- Ability to work from home and travel up to 60%.
Other Requirements
You will be a valuable consulting team member, building your role as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your role may include, but isn't limited to:
- Conduct current state process assessments across all business units and apply best practices, industry research, and competitor research to drive optimized future state processes.
- Develop process maps that can be leveraged by implementation teams to generate meaningful business requirements and traceability.
- Assist clients in the identification, prioritization, and sequencing of strategic business and technology initiatives and synthesize them into a cohesive roadmap.
- Assess organization structures, service offerings, and inter-company processes to define target state organization and operating models.
- Conduct current state application and architecture assessment across the enterprise, develop gap assessment, and recommend target state architectures with the help of subject matter experts.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to generate business cases that are both quantitative and qualitative.
- Work with clients in workshop and interview settings to identify business processes that can be enhanced through process improvement and the use of technology-based solutions.
- Facilitate product evaluation, selection, and negotiation processes on the behalf of clients when appropriate.
- Partner with Armanino and Client team members to solve complex business, process, and technology challenges
- Participate in the creation and delivery of executive-level and board-level communications
- Partner with team and client to build business case and ROI model for follow on work
- Build great client relationships that result in high customer satisfaction and additional project or recurring work
- Partner with dedicated project managers to complete required project tasks including:
- Development and tracking of integrated project plans
- Estimating and tracking integrated project plans
- Developing project deliverables to meet project objectives
- Coordinating across practices and processes to manage scope, risk, and issues
- Establishing project communication plans and ensuring key roles and responsibilities are in place
- Leverage the use of knowledge management and learning from prior projects
- Establish and manage relationships with key client executives, stakeholders, and Armanino subject matter experts across practice

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Audit Associate…
- Support 1-3+ Audit Associates on any given engagement with workpaper preparation in accordance with Armanino standards, workpaper review, substantive testing, analytical testing and other various training
- Manage and prioritize 1-4 engagements, at a given time, through issuance of financial statements and wrap of the file
- Work on various types of engagements across an array of industries including, but not limited to: Financial Services, Nonprofits, Healthcare, M&D, Insurance, Private Schools, Technology/SaaS (Public & Private), Media & Entertainment, Real Estate, Life Sciences, Cannabis, Employee Benefit Plans, among others.
- Help the Managers/Partners with the planning stages of the audit including planning communications to the client, audit request listing, risk assessment, planning meeting, etc.
- Fieldwork testing will include complex accounting areas within revenue, equity, deferred compensation, debt, various sensitive accruals, etc.
- Research technical accounting topics/standards related to ASC 606, ASC 842 and any other new ASU’s
- Act as a liaison between the client and the engagement team
- Our Seniors average between 44-46 hours/week in a given year

- 1 Busy season as a ‘Audit Senior’ at a public accounting firm (preferably Top 200 firm)

The Director, Strategy & Transformation is responsible for all aspects of strategy development and execution to grow market share in the identified geography. They will be responsible for being innovative, moving fast and building a pipeline of sales opportunities while also overseeing the delivery of S&T services across a portfolio of clients. Driving sales results and close-won deals is paramount to success in this position. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit with positive energy to drive to achieve results, a growth mindset, and focus on innovating across new frontiers. Additionally, this individual must be able to capture the hearts and minds of the team to ensure positive experience for our team and our customers.
The Director will be responsible for the execution of one or more simultaneous projects for Armanino’s clients. The Director may a lead a program team consisting of both client and Armanino team members. Typical programs may consist of multiple business strategy, technology and process improvement projects running in parallel or in sequence resulting from client assessment engagements and management consulting recommendations. You will use your depth of skills in project management, client management and facilitation skills to drive projects measurable outcomes for our clients, while maintaining active involvement to ensure work products exceed the expectations of our clients.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, engineering or related field or equivalent level of experience. MBA highly desired

8-10 years of relevant work experience in management and strategy consulting
- Previous program management experience with desired experience within a consulting firm, client-facing role with proven team leadership experience
- Prior accountability for sales and growth
- Strong and active professional network in the target geography
