Job Tittle: Pharmacist-in-Charge/General Manager

Department: Dragonfly Wellness

Role Summary:

The Pharmacist is responsible for consulting with medical cannabis patients and administering approved medical cannabis products. In addition to that, the pharmacist oversees all operational activities and therefore is directly responsible for the success of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate must continuously learn about the industry so we may always maintain the highest professional customer service.

Hourly: $58 Hr

Job Responsibility:

· Oversee all pharmacy operations.

· Work with the team to achieve KPIs and organizational goals

• Supervise operations of the store and its team members: opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation, and scheduling team members

· Supervise the control of store money including register counts, safe deposit, and change orders. Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping including invoices, cash reports, and time records

· Oversee inventory managers to ensure strict inventory control

· Oversee and manage other pharmacists (including scheduling and training)

· Meet with every new cannabis patient and conduct a consultation

· Listen and understand patient conditions and determine the respective proper treatment options

· Ensure patient profiles are up to date with current limits from their provider

· Aid in management of sales floor inventory activity, patient care advocates, and point of sale transactions

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Must be licensed as a pharmacist to dispense controlled substances

· Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body

· Working knowledge of inventory and sales reporting

· Highly motivated, self-directed to work individually or among team members

· Operates professionally and with integrity while dealing with confidential information

Skills required:

· Must be licensed as a pharmacist to dispense controlled substances

· Must complete 4-hour training course and become registered with the State as a cannabis pharmacist

· Knowledge of medicinal cannabis preferred but not required

· Basic computer skills

· Good time management skills

· Effective oral and written communication skills.

TITLE: INVENTORY MANAGER ORGANIZATION: DRAGONFLY WELLNESS

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable inventory manager to join our growing company. This position will monitor inventory of consumables, materials, equipment, and cannabis biomass. This role will also be responsible for controlling our inventory tracking system, ordering new materials, ensuring supply levels are sufficient at all times, as well as performing inventory audits and daily analysis. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to interpret and analyze data, and the willingness to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Hourly: $18-$20 Hr

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Supervise the inventory team and oversee inventory department operations

· Interview and hire new inventory team members

· Ensure new hires are onboarded effectively with proper training in company SOP’s

· Perform constructive and timely performance evaluations

· Coach employees in accordance with company policy

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Monitor constantly and update inventory systems daily

· Identify areas of improvement and establish new operating procedures or adjust existing inventory control inventory control procedures and practices

· Record movement of inventory into storage and out to the various departments

· Ensure all orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner

· Develop and implement procedures for ensuring accurate receiving and storage of inventory

· Maintain access control and security of all medicated inventory

· Reconcile and record destruction process according to Utah Code

· Oversee MJ Freeway, the State-mandated medical cannabis compliance system

· Maintain inventory-related compliance with State regulations

· Create and update training documents and SOP’s

· Analyze inventory trends

· Supervise inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock

· Notify manager regarding inventory 3 months from expiration, so that the company can develop appropriate promotions

· Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory levels always accurate

· Maintain an organized inventory storage space

· Assist with various tasks as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills
