Job Summary
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for implementing practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and result-driven culture. This employee will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dispensary and handling the needs of all patients/customers. In conjunction with the Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for hiring and developing a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about cannabis and compliant with state and local rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees and preforms all functions associated with management and oversight of a retail medical cannabis dispensary
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry wide product knowledge
- Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products
- Manage and supervise the activities of dispensary staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees
- Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operation procedures and a comprehensive understanding of all products being sold
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures
- Develop and maintain and schedule of all dispensary staff including receptionists, counselors, schedulers, and dispensary technicians.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant statues, regulations, and directives in all respects

- Work is primarily performed in a dispensary setting. The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures.

- Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for dispensary personnel.
- Ensure Key performance Indicators are captured
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.
- Develop and maintain a schedule of all patient advocate staff
- Communicate any patient incidents or high-risk complaints to the Operations Director or Compliance team.
- Protect patient rights by overseeing the employee HIPAA education program and ensure each employee is maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of protected health information and financial information.
- Oversee patient education and counseling programs. Review and continuously revise information disseminated by the dispensary regarding debilitating conditions, their association with medical cannabis products, side effects, etc.
- Maintain awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for improvement, and industry development.
- Assist in ensuring the dispensary’s compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices.
- Strive for patient satisfaction in all respects and ensure a patient-friendly environment at the dispensary.

Qualifications

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor, Delivery is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor, Delivery is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver ("DPC"). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System ("ICS"), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. The payrate for this position is $15 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients.
- Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
- Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product.
- Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business.
- Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

As the Retail Operations Project Specialist, you will coordinate with the Retail Communications Manager projects between the field and corporate teams the broader. You The overall goal of this position is to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations for the Retail team and stores. A crucial part of this role is to be the hub of knowledge with regard to where projects are in their lifecycle and to engage the right people at the right time to advance progress.
The Retail Operations Project Specialist will report to the Retail Communications Manager, while closely working with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Store Development teams to accomplish goals and duties.
Responsibilities
- Establish timelines with key milestones; include necessary stakeholders; manage the moving parts.
- Identify and manage key compliance milestones and compliance diligence.
- Maintain a master project calendar with priorities, key stakeholders, and deliverables expectations.
