People Management:

People Management:
- Build and sustain a high-performing team through employee selection, onboarding, coaching and clear accountability for results.
- Conduct at least monthly 1:1 quality conversations with each assistant manager and quarterly 1:1s with each store employee.
- Assess team performance, skill gaps, and career aspirations of employees; solicit or provide resources, trainings or procedures to support team needs.
- Analyze and determine effective headcount requirements and labor schedules that account for store sales trends, department objectives and labor laws.
- Motivate and inspire dispensary team to exceed revenue targets and KPIs, with an emphasis on selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues.

Sales & Operational Excellence:

- Establish and nurture key business partner relationships across Human Resources, Outreach, Compliance, Security, Employees Health & Safety, Marketing, Construction and IT.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling, outstanding customer service and execution of programs and initiatives.
- Identify business and competitor risks; analyze metrics to help increase market share.
- Support outreach efforts/community partnerships to build a positive image within the community, drive brand awareness, and draw new patients.
- Establish daily operations procedures with an eye towards improvement and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory activities ensuring product requirements are met and deliveries are on time.

- Perform monthly audit reporting and store visit checklist with Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, state, and local laws.
- Serve as point of contact for state regulators and local authorities, overseeing any inspections or audits
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business or comparable experience
- 5-7 years of retail management experience required; Cannabis knowledge or dispensary leadership experience a plus
- Experience managing teams of 10 or more with layers of leadership, preferably in a high-volume location with a focus on team development.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and teach others technical, product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
- Experience working closely with HR teams and processes.
- A high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel with experience in data entry and data management

Deliver Associates Job Duties:
- May deliver up to 50 parcels a day
- Keeps accurate deliveries and customer authorization records and ensures all documentation is submitted to management on time.
- Effectively use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanner

Service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to build relationships with customers, support and develop the team and drive revenue.
- Serves as a role-model and resource for store staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.
Sales/Financial
- Responsible for driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Assist the Store Manager in meeting all financial goals, including management of the P+L, payroll, and store budgets.
- Successfully prepare for and support company driven promotions and launches to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver the best experience possible for customers.
Leadership & Education
- Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback using the performance management process to improve team engagement and performance.
- Provide training to ensure all store processes align with Standard Operating Procedures, safe practices, cannabis knowledge, and customer service goals.
Operations
- Responsible for the store's daily presentation including visual direction.
- Responsible for reading, interpreting, and communicating messages from Corporate Store Operations and takes proper action including updates bulletin boards and other communication avenues in store.
- Responsible for staff time management including timekeeping, scheduling, and creating store schedules. Partner with the Store Manager to ensure staffing is prioritized to provide optimal schedules and ensure the best customer service is provided.
- Responsible for organization of all areas back of house which includes managing the supply budget, inventory oversight and maintaining stock levels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information from the State Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with the State Registry
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary

Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Demonstration of knowledge and proficiency of all Standard Operating Procedures related to dispensary operations
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, bank teller, or other work experience with strict compliance standards preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to build relationships with customers, support and develop the team and drive revenue.

Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Provide deliveries, acting as a driver or passenger while delivering exceptional service for our customers
- Obtain the appropriate documentation from each patient at every delivery, ensuring validity of their identification and registration with Medical Marijuana Use Registry
- Record each visit using appropriate software, ensuring accuracy of patient information, and recording notes if necessary
- Collaborate with call center employees about preorders and online orders to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of delivery while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction
- Respond to and resolve patient requests, complaints, or compliments in person, and on the phone requesting supervisor support as needed

Job Summary
The focus of this role is to provide support to all managers and staff while ensuring that all retail operations are performing to company standards
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Oversee and perform all functions associated with management and oversight of a retail medical marijuana dispensary operating under licensure from the Florida Department of Health and Social Services.
- Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.
- Manage and supervise the activities of dispensary and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.
- Ensure that all Procedures are updated in store to provide the best practice for staff and patients
- Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for dispensary personnel.
- Ensure Key performance Indicators are captured
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.
- Develop and maintain a schedule of all dispensary staff
- Communicate any patient incidents or complaints to the Regional Dispensary Manager or Compliance team.
- Protect patient rights by overseeing the employee HIPAA education program and ensure each employee is maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of protected health information and financial information.
- Oversee patient education and counseling programs. Review and continuously revise information disseminated by the dispensary regarding debilitating conditions, their association with medical cannabis products, side effects, etc.
- Assist in implementation of the strategic plan to guide the dispensary’s operation and expansion with the direction of the Regional Dispensary Manager
- Maintain awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for improvement, and industry development.
- Assist in ensuring the dispensary’s compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices.
- Strive for patient satisfaction in all respects and ensure a patient-friendly environment at the dispensary.

Cannabis Patient Care Consultant
The Tetra Horizon Cannabis Patient Care Consultant is responsible for greeting patients at the front desk or on the phone, patient registration, maintaining patient chart, promoting and providing customer service, scheduling patient appointments. The Patient Care Coordinator also assists to ensure that providers and other clinical staff maintains consistent and smooth patient flow. Contributes to the success of the clinic by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service via in person or over the phone.
Position Summary:
- Greet all patients in a manner which is respectful and courteous, making them feel comfortable and welcome. Answer the telephone and intercom courteously and with a pleasant voice.
- Obtain pertinent information to register patients including all appropriate patient signatures (e.g. assignment of benefits, payment responsibility). Schedule appointments which correctly and accurately correspond to each physician’s template. Perform verification duties.
- Monitor the waiting area, communicating information to patients as needed. Maintain organization of workstation and supplies, as well as waiting room area.
- Accept and relay messages accurately and efficiently. Maintain and protect each patient’s right to confidentiality. Identify emergencies and initiate appropriate response.
- Calculate payments due at time of service and collect appropriate amount from the patient during checkout. Share information appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate ability to embrace and project the Core Values of Tetra Horizon through actions relative to patient care, respect and compassion for coworkers and patients, teamwork, integrity, and through intentional actions that assures a desired outcome is more likely.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment consistent with OSHA and Sound Family Medical standards.
- Communicate accurate and pertinent information with patient care providers and other members of the care delivery team to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar tasks and equipment operation within the scope of position and to accept change in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide written and oral correspondence to the Office Manager.
- Participate in activities which identify opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly review policies to reflect appropriate changes and resolution of problems.

Responsibilities
- Greet and Check-in customers as they enter
- Verification of customer ID and cannabis card status
- Discuss and make appropriate product recommendations to customers based on their physician’s recommendation
- Access and properly utilize the state’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) in dispensing product to customers
- Dispense medication and collect payment via POS register (cash, debit, etc)
- Maintain strict controls on product, cash, and patient data at all times
- Stay current with latest industry and product knowledge
- Support all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met
- Perform other regular duties related to maintaining a safe and clean retail store environment as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior services-related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction, which may include specialty retail, hospital, clinic, pharmacy experience or Nurse (RN/LPN), CNA, PA or other medical/health services-related experience. .
- High school diploma, HOWEVER a college degree in health/wellness-related field highly preferred
- Applicants must be 21 years or older.
Training will be provided to selected candidates. No prior Medical Marijuana or dispensary experience is needed.
